Soldier may not face manslaughter charge in GI's alleged hazing death
Mon Jan 23, 2012
This was the platoon sergeant's fault all the way. I was a platoon sergeant in an infantry company for a lot of years and never tolerated hazing.
Investigators find Air France black box
Sun May 1, 2011
Passengers can survive rapid decompression of the cabin if they grab their oxygen masks. The size of the debris field and the telemetry data indicate that the aircraft hit the water at close to terminal velocity. The impact energy is well above the survival limit for a human being.
Investigators find Air France black box
Sun May 1, 2011
For those interested: Everybody on board was killed instantly when the aircraft slammed into the ocean. However, the descent took several minutes, so I would imagine there was a lot of praying.

Tue Feb 15, 2011

Thu Apr 9, 2009
